Client Survey results 2017

We send out an annual survey to all those that use our service so we can look at how we are doing and what we can improve. We have now completed our 2017 survey and got the results! thank you to all of you that took part in the survey and we would like to remind you that you are welcome to email us on preston@masterstaff.co.uk or give us a call on 01772 720040 at any time to discuss your service.

A little snap shot of the results:

93% of those we care for believed that we promote them to be as independent as possible.

87% of those we care for felt that the carers listen to them and give them choice. 63% of these believed we were excellent at this!

85% of people felt that we maintain their dignity – We will be working on this through further training with our staff to increase this

72% of people said they would contact the office – we would like to increase this to 100% in the next 12 months by holding community events and letting you get to know our office team.

We did have some negative responses with some clients feeling that their bedtime was too early or the carer attended the visit early. We are trying to rectify this through recruitment of more care staff to improve our service to you.
